Orders

What currency are your prices in?
All our prices displayed are in US dollars (USD).

 

Do you have a 'gift' option?
We do not offer a gift option yet.

 

What if I need to change my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes.

 

What if I need to cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, please contact Customer Care with the subject line 'Cancel Order.' Once our staff has canceled the order, you will receive a refund confirmation email shortly.

 

How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact Customer Care right away. We will work quickly with our carrier partners to change the destination of your order if the option is still available.

 

What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on 'View Tracking' and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out to Customer Care.

 

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

My package is lost!
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to Customer Care right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

What does it mean if an item is Waitlisted?
If an item is Waitlisted it means that we will most likely be making more! Sign up with your email and let us know your preferred color and size. We will email you to let you know if it becomes available.

 

What does Final Sale mean?
All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

 

Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift?
Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to Customer Love before placing your order. Sorry, but items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned.

Sorry, price adjustments will not be done for items at a reduced price. We only offer sales for a limited time, so by buying early, you ensure that you get the product in the color and model you want.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $95 within the U.S. If your order is under $95, your shipping will be calculated at checkout using discounted USPS rates.

 

When will my order ship out?

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our San Francisco office, pending availability and credit verification.

 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but be assured that we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.

Does Bull and Stash Ship Internationally?

Yes. Please be aware that duties may be applied when the item arrives in your country and you will be responsible to pay them to collect your items.

 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Sorry, we can’t ship to P.O. boxes yet. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

 

Returns

Returns What is your online return policy? 

For online orders, we accept products in new condition with original packaging attached for a full refund. There is no restocking fee and return shipping labels can be provided for $3 for anywhere in the US. 

 

You have 21 days from the ship date to get your return postmarked back to us. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that all sale items are final sale. 

 

Above all else, we are committed to exceptional products that last. If your product fails to perform or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of our team. 

 

Please note, Bull and Stash monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

 

What if my return is late? 

All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 21 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse. 

 

Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift? 

Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing or issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be a challenge, so if you have any questions about the product, please reach out to Customer Care before placing your order. Items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned. 

 

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color? 

We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. 

 

When will I get my refund? 

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way. 

 

How do I return an order?

For our US customers, we will provide a pre-paid return label for you to send it back. 

 

For your return, please: 
 

  • Put anything you don’t want in a mailer. 

  • Login to your Bull and Stash account, click on Orders and Returns and follow the on-screen steps to create and print a prepaid return label. 

  • Make sure to note down your tracking number so you can check on the status of your return. 

  • Stick the return label on the mailer. 

  • Drop off the mailer at any USPS drop off location or schedule a pickup. 

 

* Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
